No, I did not join the Catholic Church. God has graciously allowed me to upgrade ministerial credentials from certified to licensed minister with the A/G.

This took place at Mahanaim Camp in Swan Lake, NY.

Who's that in the picture? That's sito. A friend of mine who happened to ascend on the same day.

Margarita, the kids and I had a blast driving 5 hours to upstate NY. Did I say 5 hours? Whoa! It was all worth it! God is good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Moving Date - August 6th 2007

The date is set. Our last church service date is 8-05-07. :( Margarita flies on the 6th while I go down with Dan driving the truck.

This means our house is a wreck: a mix of boxes, tapes, decoration on the floor, files and a bunch of shredding.

We're already feeling the aches of saying goodbye. Last Sunday our church had an awards ceremony and it was very hard to contain the tears. If you guys know us, we're faithful members of the "happy weepers" club. It's going to be tough.

There'a sn amazing couple that will replace us as pastors and little by little all has been falling in order like we had prayed. GOD IS TOO GOOD! We're now looking for a place to live. Help us pray as we finalize all the details of the move since it's a pretty stressful process.

Soon, we'll be posting our new Orlando address so that you can make your plans to visit us here. :) Sofia and Andres are pretty excited. Everytime we hop on the car they ask: "are we driving to Florida now?" They're so cute.

We love you all.

Assembly of God Seminarian's Conference

I'm baaaaaaaaaaack! Oh! Home Sweet Home. For the last two weeks, I was in Springfield, MO in a conference from the Assemblies of God: learning about the history of the denomination and its Pentecostal theological distinctives. It was an awesome time of learning and spiritual refreshment. Plus, I got 6 credit hours towards my M.Div.--all expenses paid. Praise God for this chance!

God dealt with my heart in these last two weeks and I am back with much more clarity, wisdom and purpose. Thank you for your prayers! We will be leaving soon. Details TBA

We celebrated Sofia's 4th birthday at Richardson's Ice Cream. It was a lot of fun, Some kids enjoyed their ice cream more than others. hehehe

Easter Sunday was too cold, so we dressed the kids with Easter Sunday cloths again two weeks after... for these great pictures. :)

We are going to miss the beautiful back yard and the Down Town view. Peabody is a great place to live.

It is amazing how much we are enjoying these days. Sofia and Andres love the Red Soxs (and each has a hat), Patriots, they see mommy and daddy drinking coffee all the time, ...we have embraced this culture and it is a good one. We are going to miss New England.

We took the kids to the Peabody Essex Museum and they had a great time. Andres wanted to touch everything and Sofia had a hard time using her "inside voice", well I guess we all did. It was a lot of fun!

Oh, in the museum Sofia and Andres were part of the exhibition. hahaha!

Please keep praying for our family. We only have a couple months left in MA and as we set our hearts to Florida again, we still pray for God's perfect will and provision. Also Sofia, Andres and me (Margarita) are sick. I caught the flu and Sofia followed. Andres... well ...somebody called "Fifi" that is, Sofia, sprayed "Spray and Wash" inside his eyes and it was not a pleasant experience. The doctor said that he will be fine, but his eyes are going to hurt for a couple of days. aaahhh! What a week! That's not counting church and Seminary.
I let Marcos write more on that later. But, this is a little something we are doing... the ladies of the church and I started a Women's Ministry for the community. The first meeting went great. We had a Catholic lady that visited us and I was impacted with her testimony of her battle with cancer and how her faith has kept her strong. It was powerful, Praise God!

Our Valentine's day was full of love, flowers, hearts and tons of snow.

We are so excited about our blog that we just wanted to say hello!

Marcos preached twice today, wow! Praise the Lord! It was great. At night we enjoyed the praise and worship together and Sofia and Andres were praising God so freely it was wonderful to see. We are truly blessed with our two cuties. They are still learning how to share but, aren't we all...

As Valentines approaches we are reminding them of God's love and how to better friends to eachother. Well, good night. love you all.

Freezing our Behoovies

Yes, this is how we dress even inside our home these days. Seriously bitter-cold weather has gripped the Gonzalez residence. The cold seeps in through cracks and windows which make for a lot of shivering while watching American Idol or weaving Nantucket baskets--one of the many indoor hobbies we have adopted as we are forced to adopt an enclosed lifestyle due to the cruel weather.

Well...it's not really this bad but we have dealt with -25 degrees with windchill on certain nights. Lord help us. We miss warmer days and places. Pray for us to make through the end of April, when the weather begins to get a bit warmer.

We can't believe that this picture was taken last year! Andres is now 2 years old and Sofia will be 4 in April. We are so cold here in New England. It is amazing how the weather has an effect on your attitude. Except for my kids! LOL, Every morning they give us a little "show", as Sofia calls it. To make sure we wake- up they start singing and dancing infront of our bed until we can't stop laughing. Then they ask for the usual, apple juice or milk. And that is how our day begins everyday. Cold, Snowing, or Raining, it always starts with our two loves... Sofia and Andres...

I wish everyone could see it. It is hillarous!!!

We wan't to thank God and Sofia's prayers to God for allowing us to visit Mickey on our last visit to Florida. It was a rainy day but we had a blast! Praise God!!! Well, keep us post it and we love you all!
